Requirements

• Licensed in the state of Kentucky.
• Medical degree from an accredited university.
• Board certification preferred in Family Medicine, Occupational/Preventive Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or PM&R.
• At least 3 years of applicable experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical treatment of patients, with 90% clinical work and 10% administrative duties.
