About The Position

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Board Eligible/Board Certified Cardiologist who specializes in Non-Invasive Cardiology (with an interest in heart failure and/or advanced cardiology as a preference but not a prerequisite) to join us at Indiana Heart Physicians located in Indianapolis, IN. Interested candidate will join a large collegial group at a tertiary care center which has no overnight call responsibilities, great APP support, and clinical pod structuring which allows physicians to work in a collaborative work environment. Requirements

Strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction

Physician License (MD/DO) - Upon Hire Required

Work collaboratively with all physicians and staff members within our Cardiology service line to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

Pod-based clinic structure with dedicated support team for all clinical workflows (e.g. inbox management, surgical clearances, Peer-to-Peer, refill management, medical records, etc.)
EPIC-based system for both inpatient and outpatient documentation
Average outpatient volume: 11 - 22 patients per day, depending on days clinic schedule.
Weekend/Holiday Call: 1:5
Short Call: On average one evening every 4-5 weeks, 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
