Physician – Cardiologist with Advanced Heart Failure Interest Corewell Health Medical Group's Cardiovascular Services Department is expanding access to its advanced heart failure program and seeking to hire an experienced cardiologist with heart failure interest to support this initiative. This unique practice opportunity would be within the Advanced Heart Failure & Transplant Cardiology Section and have a desirable Monday through Friday schedule. The ideal candidate is an experienced cardiologist with a strong interest in heart failure and a team-based, patient-centered approach. Our advanced heart failure program is the state's largest and includes the following: Regional Amyloid Referral Center Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Center of Excellence Advanced Heart Failure cardiac device program inclusive of Cardomems, Barostim, & Cardiac Contractility Modulation. CRT Non-Responder program in collaboration with EP Integrated Palliative Care program Pharmacist led GDMT Up Titration Clinic AHF structural heart transcatheter mitral/tricuspid valve replacement and TAVR program. Point of care testing readily available in the ambulatory clinic as well as IV/Infusion support. Excellent support from senior operations for ongoing process improvement and program development.
