About The Position

Sutter East Bay Medical Group (SEBMG) has an opportunity for a BE/BC full-time Breast Surgeon to join our premier and innovative group of physicians located within the heart of the East Bay. As a physician-owned and led organization, we strive to create a modern and flexible approach to group practice. The position involves practicing breast surgery, with leadership and growth opportunities available. The medical group is well-established with a primary care referral base and offers opportunities for growth. The surgeon will be affiliated with an NSABP-accredited breast center and participate in a Multidisciplinary Breast Cancer Clinic. The office is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment including breast ultrasound, biopsy, and minor procedures. The workload is steady and manageable, supported by an integrated electronic health record. The position includes integrated colleagues and consultants such as breast radiologists, oncologists, and radiation oncologists, with a weekly breast tumor board. Competitive compensation is offered with productivity incentives, and there is no general surgery requirement or call coverage. The surgeon will work alongside other established breast surgeons and a clinic and OR APC team in Oakland's new hybrid academic/community cancer center.

Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible Fellowship-Trained Breast Surgeon
• Active and unrestricted California Medical license or ability to obtain prior to start date
