About The Position

University of Michigan Health Sparrow Lansing-Full time Outpatient Psychiatry Position
University of Michigan Health-Sparrow is seeking a full-time, dynamic board-certified Psychiatrist for an adult / geriatric outpatient position. University of Michigan Health- Sparrow is committed to improving access to medical care across the Mid-Michigan region.
• Sparrow Behavioral Health offers inpatient treatment for adult and geriatric populations, outpatient partial hospitalization, neuropsychology testing and outpatient psychiatry services.
• Outpatient clinic is open Monday – Friday, 8:30-4:00 p.m. Closed on major holidays
• Outpatient daily average per provider is twelve visits per day, with options for in office and tele-health visits.
• Additional on-call services for the inpatient adult and geriatric population.
• EPIC EMR
Position is hospital-employed and offers:

Requirements

• Eligible for Board Certification within five (5) years of completing an accredited residency program
• MD or DO
• Demonstrates ability to use a keyboard as may be required to perform the essential duties of the job.
