About The Position
Theoria Medical is seeking a dedicated provider to manage clinical care at skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). This full-time, exempt position offers a competitive salary of up to $165,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus. The role involves daily rounding, prescribing medications, and providing comprehensive primary care services to residents. The provider will utilize Theoria’s proprietary electronic health record system, ChartEasy™, and will be expected to maintain timely documentation of all patient encounters. The position requires reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts, which are Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 1 PM local time.
