About The Position

We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant to join our medical group full-time in Georgetown, TX. The Physician Assistant will provide professional direct patient care for the practice. The ideal candidate is personable, enjoys focusing on getting the best outcome for the patients, has experience working with joint injections/orthopedics and is a team player willing to work with a multidisciplinary team. Requirements

Graduation from an Accredited Physician Assistant program
Physician Assistant license in TX

Nice To Haves

Experience working in Pain Management setting preferred but not mandatory
Experience working with joint injections/orthopedics

Responsibilities

Patient exam/evaluation- HPI, physical exam, medical history, review pertinent information/records/imaging
Order and review diagnostic imaging
Diagnosis and Treatment Plans
Treatments (injections, therapies)
Order labs/testing and review the results
Referral to other providers as indicated
Documentation- timely and accurate
Patient education- as to the diagnosis, treatment plan options and pre/post care instructions
