About The Position

North Florida Sinus Center is a well-established otolaryngology practice dedicated to providing exceptional care in ear, nose, and throat disorders for patients of all ages. Our team values compassionate, patient-centered care and a collaborative clinical environment. We are seeking a motivated and skilled Physician Assistant (PA) to join our busy ENT practice. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented clinician with strong communication skills and a desire to build long-term patient relationships. The PA will work closely with our board-certified otolaryngologists to deliver high-quality care in both clinical and surgical settings.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
Current and valid PA-C certification
Licensed in the state of Florida
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in ENT, or surgical specialty preferred (new grads with strong interest in ENT encouraged to apply)

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history and physical examinations
Diagnose and manage common ENT conditions (e.g., sinusitis, otitis media, allergic rhinitis, vertigo, tonsillitis)
Perform and assist with in-office procedures such as ear cleaning, nasal endoscopy, laryngoscopy, and minor lesion removal
Assist in surgery and perioperative care as needed
Order and interpret diagnostic tests (audiograms, imaging, labs)
Educate patients on treatment options, medications, and preventive care
Collaborate with physicians, audiologists, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
