About The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physician Assistant (PA) with prior military experience to support medical readiness efforts for National Guard service members. This role focuses on reviewing medical charts to ensure accuracy, compliance, and overall readiness standards.
Requirements
- Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) in good standing
Nice To Haves
- Prior military experience, preferred (Active Duty, Reserve, or National Guard)
- CAC (Common Access Card), preferred
- Strong knowledge of military medical documentation and readiness requirements, preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed reviews of medical charts for National Guard personnel
- Profile review and sign off
- Ensure documentation meets military and regulatory standards
- Identify discrepancies and provide recommendations for correction
- Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to maintain readiness compliance
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines
- Conduct PHA exams once per month
