About The Position

We are looking to hire a Physician Assistant o join our team at Kitsap Oral, Maxillofacial & Dental Implant Center. The ideal candidate will work closely with our oral surgeon to provide high-quality patient care, assist in surgical procedures, and support the overall clinical operations of the practice.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Assist the oral surgeon during surgical procedures and patient examinations.
Conduct patient histories, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments.
Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the oral surgeon.
Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care and education.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests as appropriate.
Document patient encounters accurately and maintain medical records.
Collaborate with the dental and clinical team to ensure seamless patient care.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

Requirements

• Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) with current licensure in the state of Washington.
• Experience or strong interest in oral surgery, maxillofacial, or dental implant care preferred.
• Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and surgical assisting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
