Urgent care Advanced Practitioners (Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner) provide a wide variety of clinical services including treatment of acute episodic conditions such as sore throats, colds, flu-like symptoms, cuts, sprains and minor infections. Functioning in lieu of or alongside of a physician, it is essential for an urgent care Advanced Practitioner to have excellent assessment skills in order to recognize more serious conditions and direct the patient to the emergency room for advanced care when necessary. Competitive Salary & hourly rates plus: Daily Volume Bonus: This bonus is paid monthly and based on patient visit metrics met per shift – to reward you on those busier days! Quarterly Bonus: Earn up to 5% of your clinical base salary, based upon customer satisfaction scores and quality measures. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required for Physician Assistants
  • 2-5 years of post-residency clinical experience required
  • Minimum 18 months experience in applicable practice setting required
  • National Certification
  • Active state medical licensure (ANNC or AANP)
  • Work experience in an Urgent Care or Emergency Room setting
  • Applicable office procedures including but not limited to suturing, splinting, etc.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree required for Nurse Practitioners
  • Adult and pediatric practice experience strongly preferred
