We are seeking a motivated Physician Assistant to join a high-end outpatient gastroenterology practice focused on exceptional patient care, professional growth, and sustainable work–life balance. Positions are available in Dedham, Kenmore, Concord and more. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant degree program
  • Currently or eligible for board certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
  • Active and unrestricted APC license in the State of Massachusetts
  • Current active Mass DPH Controlled Substances Registration or ability to obtain post-hire, per state regulations
  • Current active DEA licensure/prescriptive authority or ability to obtain post-hire, per state regulations
  • Maintains BLS certification, professional certification as appropriate
  • 2+ years of experience in gastroenterology

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and manage outpatient GI patients (IBD, IBS, GERD, liver disease, screening, follow-ups)
  • Perform patient education, care planning, and longitudinal disease management
  • Collaborate closely with attending gastroenterologists on complex cases
  • Participate in weekly case conferences and quality improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate care across departments to deliver comprehensive GI services
