About The Position
Community Health Network, a leading not-for-profit, provider-led, multi-specialty healthcare system in central Indiana, is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join its team of over 1,300 providers. This opportunity is specifically for a family medicine trained advanced practice provider at the outpatient Geist Family Medicine Care location in Indianapolis, IN. The role will utilize a single, robust electronic medical record system (EPIC).
Requirements
- Must successfully complete a nationally recognized Advanced Practice Nurse certification examination or have current national certification; must maintain certification on an ongoing basis.
- Must be eligible for prescriptive authority under the criteria outlined by the Indiana State Board of Nursing; must maintain eligibility for prescriptive authority on an ongoing basis.
