We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive care to our patients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in ENT medical care, ensuring our patients receive top-notch service. What makes us different? Requirements

  • Current Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner certification in the state of Kansas.
  • New graduates are welcome to apply! Preference for a one-year experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in an ENT clinic or graduate of an ENT program.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, patient care abilities, and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Commitment to high-quality patient care

Nice To Haves

  • Preference for a one-year experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in an ENT clinic or graduate of an ENT program.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality diagnostic patient care
  • Conduct patient assessments, evaluate symptoms, and develop care plans in collaboration with our team of ENT specialists
  • Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results accurately to define appropriate treatment plans
  • Educate patients and their families about treatment options, preventive care, and post-operative recovery.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations
  • Collaborate with our audiologists and speech pathologists and outside healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in continuing education opportunities to enhance ENT care knowledge and skills.
  • Evaluation and Management of patients
  • Ability to work independently and as a team with patients, staff, and providers.
