About The Position

PeaceHealth Medical Center at RiverBend is expanding our General Surgery services adding a Physician Assistant to support 9 surgeons and working alongside 5 APCs. Practice Highlights: · Our General Surgery team will see a variety of surgeries and isprised of Colorectal Surgeons, and Breast Surgeons. · This position is a blend of clinic, rounding on patients in the hospital, and supporting surgeons in the OR. · No call RiverBend Medical Center supports Eugene, Springfield, and surroundingmunities, approximately 400,000 people. We are the largest hospital between Portland, OR and Sacramento, CA. with 5 Da Vinci Xi systems! The catchment area for RiverBend extends to the Oregon coast and west cascades south to the Oregon/California border. Themunities of Eugene and Springfield are located at the southern end of the Willamette Valley, also known as, Oregon wine country. Two rivers run through themunities, the Willamette River, and McKenzie River. Bike, walk or run the Middle Fork Path along the Willamette River, or spend the day fishing on the McKenzie River.
