About The Position

As a physician assistant at Neighborhood, you will work in a collaborative team to provide patient-centered care, including care for people who may otherwise not have access. You and the clinical staff will design and implement individualized care in a setting where each patient is treated with respect and compassion. You will have opportunities to influence decisions regarding care. Essential responsibilities include: Oversee and provide direct patient primary care under supervision of a physician Facilitate care coordination and clinical collaboration under supervision of a physician Ensure quality care and risk mitigation under supervision of a physician You will be primarily based at one of our six primary care locations.

Requirements

  • Physician Assistant, licensed in NYS prior to start date
