As part of a collaborative team of 10 PAs, you’ll work on a rotating schedule designed to balance coverage and flexibility. While the schedule may vary based on service needs, the general expectation is three 12-hour shifts per week. Within each 6-week period, you can anticipate: Weekend Coverage: 3–4 weekend shifts (Saturday or Sunday) Night Coverage: 4–5 night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) There is no home call requirement, allowing for a more predictable work-life balance.
