About The Position

Job Title: Physician Assistant Job Type: Permanent (Full -Time) Location: Redway, California Service Setting: Community health / Outpatient primary care Supervision: Reports to Medical Director Shift Schedule: TBD PATIENT INFORMATION Patient Population: All ages Setting: Family practice, outpatient clinic PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Valid, unrestricted California PA license required DEA registration required Current ACLS and BLS certification required COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base Salary: $117,531 – $127,615 per year 4% retirement match (100% vested on day one) 4 -day work week Continuing Education (CE) leave and reimbursement License reimbursement for qualified applicants Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time as outlined in the Employee Handbook Comprehensive health benefits for employee and family Relocation package may be available with a 12 -month commitment REQUIRED PROCEDURES Diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of conditions Coordination with internal and external care providers Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests Prescribing medications Minor procedures (as appropriate to scope of practice) JOB REQUIREMENTS Board Certification: Certified Physician Assistant Licensure: California PA license Certifications: ACLS, BLS, DEA Experience: Family practice or outpatient clinic setting preferred Skills: Strong communication, cultural sensitivity, understanding of community health care delivery DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide comprehensive primary care services across all age groups Collaborate with internal and external providers for holistic patient care Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives Support community outreach efforts aligned with RRHC’s mission Maintain accurate and thorough documentation

Requirements
