About The Position

Promotes a professional patient-centered practice image while performing history, physical examinations, diagnoses, and therapeutic treatment regimens as required. Interprets lab results under the supervision and directions of a practicing physician. Utilizes a team based approach to all tasks.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
  • Current NC license.
  • NCCPA Certified.
  • ACLS and PALS or BCLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) is required within three months of employment date.
  • No previous experience required. Given training and on-the-job experience incumbent should be proficient in the basic aspects of the job within three months of employment date.

Nice To Haves

  • Two years experience in family practice medicine.
