Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Physician Assistant to oversee the operations and patient care at our cognitive therapy office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cognitive therapy and TBI recovery, and will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of patient care and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Valid Physician Assistant license.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
- Spanish Speaking is a must
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the cognitive therapy office.
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Educate patients and their families about TBI recovery and cognitive therapy.
- Supervise and mentor clinical staff.
