About The Position

Premier Orthopaedics, in partnership with Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our team in Paoli, PA . As two of the region's most respected providers of orthopedic and upper extremity care, we offer a collaborative, patient-focused environment that prioritizes clinical excellence, innovation, and ongoing professional development. Premier Orthopaedics is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our team at the Cape May Court House office. As a critical member of our healthcare team, you will collaborate with top-tier specialists, assist with diagnostics, and contribute to our patients' comprehensive care journey. This is a full-time on-site role.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active and unrestricted Pennsylvania Physician Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Minimum of 1 year as a Physician Assistant, ideally in orthopaedics or a related field.
• Familiarity with Athena or other EMR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Take detailed histories, perform assessments, and ensure patient needs are met with the highest quality care.
• Diagnostic Procedures: Order, conduct, and interpret diagnostic tests to support comprehensive care planning.
• Collaboration: Work alongside physicians to assess, develop, and implement effective treatment plans.
• Documentation & Record Keeping: Keep accurate, up-to-date patient charts using Athena (or other EMR systems).
• Medication Management: Administer prescribed medications and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
