Requirements

• Physician Assistant: Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies with certification by the NCCPA OR Family Nurse Practitioner: Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Must have at least 1-2 years of experience post-graduation working in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care.
• Experience seeing patients of all ages.
• Eligible to participate in the Medicare program.
• Must be able to demonstrate 2000 hours of work experience at the time of job offer.

Responsibilities

• Provide a rewarding mix of care including preventive care, illness and injury diagnostic, wellness exams and procedures.
• Practice in state-of-the-art neighborhood clinics with a well-organized practice model.
• Provide evidence-based medical care.
• Practice confidently with on-demand access to a Physician.

Benefits

• Total earning potential of $200,000+.
• Base Salary $135,000 - $150,000; depending on experience and based on 34 hours worked per week.
• Opportunity for additional pay through shift differentials, floating incentives, and ability to pick up additional shifts.
• RVU-based bonus model with no cap on earning potential.
