About The Position

Urology Associates of Central Missouri is the most comprehensive private urology practice in central Missouri. Our mission is to provide the highest level of care using the latest, clinically proven techniques to diagnose and treat a wide variety of urological disorders. We are seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team! This role is essential to ensuring smooth patient flow and delivering exceptional care. If you are energetic, team-oriented, and passionate about making a difference, we want to hear from you. Under the supervision or collaboration of practice physicians, the PA will provide care to individuals, families, and patient groups with urological diagnoses in both clinic and virtual settings. Responsibilities include prevention, screening, patient care, management, and education.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Current NCCPA certification
• Current Missouri PA license
• Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR certification
• 0-3 years of experience as a practicing PA (urology experience preferred)

Nice To Haves

• 0-3 years of experience as a practicing PA (urology experience preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Initiate and document interventions; evaluate patient/family response
• Perform procedures after appropriate training
• Provide patient and family education
• Promote wellness and recommend community resources
• Incorporate evidence-based research into clinical practice
• Complete patient charge capture and documentation in a timely manner
• Support compliance with OSHA and regulatory standards
• Other duties as assigned
