Requirements

• Graduate of an Accredited Physician Assistant program
• Unrestricted Physician Assistant licensure in the state of New York or has New York application in process
• National Board Certification
• Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start

Nice To Haves

• Graduate of a Master's level program
• First Assist experience

Responsibilities

• Assist in various urologic procedures including kidney stones, prostate enlargement surgeries and bladder tumor resections
• Designation of time includes office hours, hospital rounding, and first assist in the operating room
• Flexibility to work in Middletown, NY, splitting time each day between hospital and clinic
• Schedule is 5 days, 8-hour shifts with no weekend, no call
