About The Position

Tanner Health is recruiting a full-time Physician Assistant to join the Tanner Urgent Care for Kids, located in the Tanner Health Pavilion adjacent from Tanner Medical Center/Carrollton. The position is full-time (~40 hours per week requiring every third weekend). The clinic will operate Monday - Friday, 8a - 8p (or until last patient seen); Sat/Sun 8a - 5p (or until last patient seen). The practice will be located in the Tanner Health Pavilion in Carrollton, Georgia. The candidate must be willing to treat newborns to 18 years of age. The position offers excellent clinical, administrative and management support; Tanner Health utilizes EPIC EMR system wide. The compensation includes an extremely competitive hourly rate plus volume incentives plus a comprehensive benefits package which includes PTO, annual CME allowance, medical, vision and dental.

Requirements

• Completion of Pediatric Nurse Practitioner program.
• Active GA license or meet criteria for obtaining licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care services to pediatric patients from newborns to 18 years of age.
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for patient management.
• Work full-time hours, including every third weekend.
