Requirements
- Active Physician Assistant (PA) license
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a mobile setting
- Commitment to patient-centered care
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced wound care therapies, including allografting and low-frequency, non-contact ultrasound (Provider I)
- Utilize modern assessment tools to support healing and improve outcomes (Provider I)
- Collaborate with clinical leadership on treatment planning (Provider I)
- Develop skills in documentation, care coordination, and patient education (Provider I)
- Independently manage patient care using advanced wound care therapies (Provider II)
- Apply clinical judgment to treat complex cases and drive outcomes (Provider II)
- Support team development by mentoring less experienced providers (Provider II)
- Contribute to quality initiatives and best practices (Provider II)
- Provide mobile, patient-centered care in home and facility settings
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
- Educate patients and families on care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
