Requirements
- Master’s degree in nursing (M.S.N.) or completed Physician Assistant program (PA-C), or ability to obtain prior to start
- Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Connecticut, or ability to obtain prior to start
- Certified as a Nurse Practitioner (APRN or FNP-C) through the ANCC/AANP or certified as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) through the NCCPA, or ability to obtain prior to start
- Unrestricted Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) and DEA license for Connecticut, or willing to obtain prior to start
