Physician Assistant – PA – Hospitalist-Rotating As a Physician Assistant in this combined and autonomous role, you will manage all aspects of care for the service line including assessing inpatients for all acute needs while providing quick compassionate floor coverage. As a Rotating Hospitalist PA, you will be moving care forward collaboratively by addressing all acute patient needs. You will be in charge of patient assessments, ordering, handoff, and assisting in coordination of all care as able. Our PAs are leaders in providing high quality innovative care to patients and their families. You will be a part of a growing dynamic team of PAs and have your hand at shaping the future of patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in physician assistant studies
• Current New York State Physician Assistant licensure required.
• National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) certification required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification and Advanced Certified Life Support (ACLS)

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in physician assistant studies
• Previous PA experience in Inpatient Medicine
