Job Description: Seacoast General Surgery, a member of the Seacoast Affiliated Group Practices (SAGP) at Anna Jaques Hospital, is seeking a driven and clinically skilled Physician Assistant to join our surgical team. As part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, you will work in a high-volume, collaborative environment that balances inpatient management, surgical first-assisting, ER consults, and outpatient clinic care. We are looking for a provider who excels in multidisciplinary teamwork and is dedicated to providing high-quality care to the Merrimack Valley and North Shore communities. Role Highlights Team Structure: Join a tight-knit group of four physicians, supported by a robust team of medical assistants and office coordinators. Scope of Practice: Manage a full spectrum of general surgical conditions from diagnosis through post-operative recovery. Technology: Fully integrated Epic EMR across all ambulatory and inpatient sites. Procedures: Dedicated office-based procedure capacity to enhance patient throughput and clinical variety. Pay Range: $105,000.00 USD - $170,000.00 USD The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
