Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Geriatric Medicine.
• Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain one.
• Completion of a U.S. ACGME Residency.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized medical care to senior patients in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including primary care, endocrinology, and other specialties.
• Manage patient care effectively during 4 patient-facing days and 1 dedicated administrative day per week.
