Opportunity Highlights AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join a growing Urology practice in Palm Coast, Florida . This is a newly created position supporting a well-established urologist in a brand-new urology clinic opening August 1 . The practice offers access to cutting-edge technology , including Da Vinci 5 robotics and Aquablation ( Aquabeam ) , within a supportive, mission-driven environment. This role is ideal for an APP who enjoys procedural work, surgical collaboration, and helping build a practice from the ground up. Requirements

• PA-C or APRN with Florida license (or eligibility)
• Surgical or procedural experience preferred; OR background a plus
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Mission-driven mindset with a passion for whole-person care

Responsibilities

• Monday–Friday schedule with a mix of clinic, hospital rounding, and procedures
• Manage approximately 15 –20 patients per day
• Assist with urologic surgeries and provide post-operative care
• Perform in-office procedures such as urodynamics, cystoscopy, and ultrasound
• Participate in a 1:4 call rotation with shared holiday coverage
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing, and ancillary staff
