To provide patient care assistance in a clinic setting in one or more specialized areas, under the supervision of a primary care physician. Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and team-oriented Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic Outpatient Otolaryngology (ENT) practice. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of ENT surgeons and advanced practice providers in a high-volume academic surgical specialty clinic setting. Training and Onboarding: The PA will undergo a structured 8–12 month training period that includes supervised clinical rotations across all major ENT subspecialties, including: General Otolaryngology Rhinology & Allergy Laryngology Otology/Neurotology Head & Neck Oncology Pediatric ENT Training will occur in both faculty and PA-led clinics and will be focused on developing clinical acumen, procedural proficiency, and specialty-specific knowledge with on-the-job training and didactic activities. Post-Training Practice Model: Upon successful completion of the training period, the PA will conduct independent clinic sessions under indirect supervision of a collaborating physician in accordance with state licensure and institutional policy. The PA will be responsible for evaluating and managing patients across a wide range of ENT conditions in the outpatient setting.
