About The Position

We are a high-volume, patient-centered Otolaryngology practice dedicated to providing exceptional medical and surgical ENT care. Our team values collaboration, efficiency, and compassionate service. As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Physician Assistant to join our clinical team. Position Overview The Physician Assistant will work closely with our ENT physicians to deliver comprehensive care in both clinic and procedural settings. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys autonomy, and is eager to build strong patient relationships within a specialty practice.

Requirements

Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
Current PA-C certification
Active state license (or eligibility)
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical environment

Nice To Haves

ENT or surgical specialty experience preferred, but motivated new graduates will be considered

Responsibilities

Conduct new patient evaluations, follow-up visits, and post-operative assessments
Perform ENT-focused procedures (e.g., cerumen removal, nasal endoscopy, flexible laryngoscopy)
Assist physicians with in-office procedures and minor surgeries
Interpret diagnostic tests including audiograms, CT scans, and lab results
Manage acute ENT complaints and chronic conditions
Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the EMR
Collaborate with physicians, audiologists, and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care
Participate in patient education and care coordination
