This private practice operates multiple offices in West Texas, specializing in pain and injury treatment, sports medicine, orthopedic surgeries, cartilage replacement, and more. Their dedicated team of physicians and physician assistants are experts in the treatment and care of the musculoskeletal system and they are currently seeking a new physician assistant due to growth in their Midland, Odessa, and Lubbock locations. The practice sees patients for a wide range of orthopedic pain and injury conditions. The role of the physician assistant includes, but is not limited to: - therapeutic joint injections - trigger point injections - joint injections - pre- and post-operative patient care - medical decision-making, data gathering, documentation, and care transitions - reassessments - acute visits - test monitoring - consultations - routine follow-up visits Physician assistants see an average of 20 to 25 patients per day, but this can be adjusted based on patient need. Physician assistants are fully supported by clinical assistants and administrative staff.
