About The Position

Providence Holy Cross Medical Center is seeking a full-time Neurosurgery Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with RNFA certification to join their experienced Neurosurgery team. This role emphasizes quality patient interactions and offers a long-term growth opportunity in a supportive environment. The position involves a mix of inpatient, outpatient, and OR assistance, with a focus on providing compassionate care in a Level I Trauma Center.

Requirements

• Must have RNFA certification.
• 1 year of experience in the operating room, preferably in neurosurgery.
• Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Assist in neurosurgery procedures in the operating room.
• Provide care for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Participate in one week of call per month, including weekends.
• Engage in quality patient interactions and maintain a friendly demeanor.
• Collaborate with the Neurosurgery team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
