Requirements

Active New York State license as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
National certification (NCCPA for Physician Assistants or appropriate national certification for Nurse Practitioners).
Valid DEA license .
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
1–2 years of clinical experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner preferred.
