Rancho Health MSO is an award-winning practice that specializes in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Women’s Health, and Geriatric Care. As a fast growing and well-respected private practice in Southwest Riverside County, the role of our physicians in our practice are to examine and treat patients, regardless of age or sex. Ensure proper injury care and disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. Prescribe and administer medications, perform routine vaccinations, and provide advice regarding personal health and hygiene. Request necessary tests and follow-up visits and refer patients to specialists, as necessary. Opportunity Highlights Community leader in primary care. Full-time is 40 hours per work week (36 patient facing hours in clinic; 4 admin hours non-clinic) Competitive salary. Providers see approximately three patients per hour once fully trained and onboarded. EHR: EPIC – Riverside Area In-office telemedicine appointments available. Requirements

  • Board certification.
  • Active and unrestricted California PA/NP medical license.
  • Board certification/eligibility.
  • License/Certification: Active and unrestricted California Medical license.
  • Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics.
  • Excellent knowledge of infectious diseases, their symptoms and epidemiology.
  • Broad knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications.
  • In-depth knowledge of legal and best medical guidelines and medicine best practices.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Respect for patient’s confidentiality.
  • Compassionate and approachable.
  • Responsible and trustworthy.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual Spanish or other language preferred but not required.
