About The Position

GoHealth Urgent Care, in partnership with UPMC Health System, is seeking experienced Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to join their team in the greater Pittsburgh area and locations across Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Team members will work in a clean, quiet, and well-maintained healthcare setting, collaborating with on-site Rad Techs and Medical Assistants as clinical team leaders. The role involves sharing experience and training with other clinicians and staff within a fast-growing healthcare network.

Requirements

  • 1 year of full-time experience in Emergency Medicine or 2 years of Urgent Care setting experience required
  • Will consider 2 years of Family Medicine experience
  • Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.)
  • Comfortable with preliminary reads on EKGs and X-rays required
  • Experience treating patients ages 6 months and up in an acute care setting required
  • For Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification is required
  • For Nurse Practitioners: Master’s degree and ANCC or AANP Certification is required
