About The Position

SynergenX-Low T Center is looking to hire a Full-Time Mid-Level Provider for the Indianapolis Region for clinics in Carmel and Greenwood. Low T Center/SynergenX, leading providers of hormone replacement and targeted wellness services, are seeking fitness-conscious, wellness-oriented medical professionals (PA, APN, APRN, FNP) in connection with a planned expansion of clinical offerings and rapid escalation of remotely managed care options. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, customer service focused environment, employing proprietary treatment protocols and programs to help change patients' lives. Mid-Level Providers work in conjunction with a physician medical director and the Center Director to coordinate the care of patients receiving hormone replacement, targeted wellness (such as management of sleep apnea, weight control, hypertension, low libido), and aesthetic services (some locations).

Requirements

• Active Indiana NP or PA license in good standing.
• Current DEA license in Indiana.
• Current CSR in Indiana.
• Available Monday 8-5, Tuesday 8-7, Wednesday 8-1, Thursday 7-5, Friday 8-5, and two Saturdays 8-12pm.
• Willing to float between 2 clinics in Greenwood and Carmel.
• Must be able to train for 2 full weeks, including 1 week in Houston and 1 week in Indiana clinic.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the care of patients receiving hormone replacement and targeted wellness services.
• Work in conjunction with a physician medical director and the Center Director.
• Employ proprietary treatment protocols and programs to help change patients' lives.
• Establish a good rapport with patients and explain technical health issues and treatment plans in layman's terms.
