Well-known ENT office in the South Florida community is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida is one of the largest private practice otolaryngology groups in the country. Our practice provides comprehensive general and subspecialty ENT medical and surgical care within the convenience of one medical group. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced provider looking to work full time, Monday- Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm with a busy, well-established and prestigious otolaryngology practice in the Boynton Beach area . This individual must be able to work full-time and is a highly motivated licensed PA or APRN with strong clinical, surgical, interpersonal and organizational skills. Duties include minor surgical procedures, evaluation and treatment of patients in the office setting. Requirements

• Must be able to work full-time
• Highly motivated licensed PA or APRN with strong clinical, surgical, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Excellent medical understanding with analytical and clinical skills
• Excellent patient rapport and communication
• Long-term commitment
• Coordination, manual, and physical dexterity sufficient to properly and adequately use various items of office equipment as required of the position or directed by the Physician or Manager.
• The position may involve sitting, standing, bending, and stooping.
• Must be able to assist with the transfer of a patient from a wheelchair to an exam table or chair.
• The incumbent must also be capable of lifting up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Have 2 years of internal medicine or allergy practical experience preferred.
• ENT experience a PLUS

Responsibilities

• Minor Surgical Office Procedures
• Initial evaluation and physical examination
• Preoperative, postoperative and follow-up care
• Preoperative data preparation
• Pre and postoperative education
• Candidate would also be required to assist with non-urgent ENT ER consults at Bethesda West/East during office hours.
