About The Position

Under the general supervision of the administrative Director and under direct supervision of the medical doctors in the Yeatts Urology Center, the physician assistant performs duties to assist supervising physicians in a wide range of clinical tasks. Responsible to manage a wide range of outpatient duties, as well as emergency situations, while adhering to standard practices and established procedures. This position ensures the quality and safe delivery of care to patients of all ages.

Requirements

• Completion of a Masters' Degree in Nursing
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
• Current license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Massachusetts
• National certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (ARNP or PA-C)
• BLS healthcare provider certification
• Previous experience in a Urology program strongly preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Computer skills required
• Ability to maintain confidential information
