Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner - General Cardiology - Prairie Cardiovascular Consultants – Decatur, IL Prairie Cardiovascular Consultants is recruiting a General Cardiology Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner in Decatur, IL. Requirements

Unrestrictive Illinois license prior to start
Board Certified or Board Eligibility
Master’s degree in Nursing is required.
Licensed in the state of practice as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse is required.
Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (WDSPS) or Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Nice To Haves

Experience in Cardiology is preferred
Doctoral degree in Nursing is preferred.
Experience in management of patients across the care continuum preferred.
Board certification from the National Certification Corporation is preferred.
Controlled Substance license in state of practice is preferred.
Federal DEA license is preferred.
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification is preferred.
