About The Position
This position is for an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) on the Neurosurgery Service in an inpatient setting. The PA will work under a delegation agreement, allowing them to change treatment regimens based on patient observations. The role involves providing and coordinating patient care, educating patients and families, and ensuring safe continuity of care. The PA will also participate in interdisciplinary rounds, document services rendered, and make appropriate referrals.
