The Nephrology Physician APP will be a core member of the BWH Department of Medicine and key constituent of the Nephrology Division. The nature and scope of practice of the APP for Nephrology is to assess, diagnose and treat health problems of patients across the continuum of care, in collaboration with the Nephrology attendings. The practice will encompass outpatient care for patients with CKD and ESRD. Candidates for the position should have a strong interest in acute care nephrology and, ideally, experience and training in clinical nephrology. The nephrology APP will report to the BWH Clinic Director. The nephrology APP will work very closely with all BWH nephrology attending physicians to develop the necessary clinical skills in a highly collaborative and supportive environment.
