About The Position
McLeod Vascular Associates is seeking a Physician Assistant! New Grads accepted! The position involves maintaining a professional image and exhibiting excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values. The Physician Assistant will assess the needs of patients based on data collected through history, observation, physical examination, and analysis of diagnostic data. They will record physical findings and formulate plans and prognosis based on the patient's condition. The role includes planning, implementing, and coordinating care to meet the holistic age-specific needs of patients, fostering an environment that demonstrates caring, compassion, and respect for all patients, families, and visitors. The Physician Assistant will demonstrate professionalism and integrity, perform physical examinations and preventative health measures within prescribed guidelines and instructions of the physician, and discuss cases with the physician and other health professionals to prepare comprehensive patient care plans.
