About The Position

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Lakeway is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our Intensivist team. This is a night-shift only position with a highly manageable patient volume and strong ICU physician collaboration. The ideal candidate will thrive in an autonomous role and be committed to delivering high-quality critical care. Position Highlights: · Nights-only schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off (7 PM – 7 AM) · Manageable patient load in a supportive and collaborative ICU environment · Work autonomously alongside a well-established team · Utilizes EPIC EMR system · Competitive compensation and benefits package Why Baylor Scott & White – Lakeway? Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care or critical care setting preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making ability
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Grad of an Accredited Program
• Less than 1 Year of Experience
• Physician Assistants (PA)
• ACLS (ACLS): Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 30 days of hire or transfer.
• Basic Life Support (BLS): Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire or transfer.
