About The Position
This position provides health care services to patients under the direction and responsibility of a Physician, adhering to all medical staff rules and bylaws for the Health System. Community Memorial Health System, established in 2005 through the merger of Community Memorial Hospital in Ventura and Ojai Valley Community Hospital, is comprised of these two hospitals and a network of primary and specialty care health centers across west Ventura County. It is a community-owned, not-for-profit organization, not backed by corporate or government entities, and answers to the communities it serves. Community Memorial Hospital – Ventura has achieved a prestigious five-star rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), being the only hospital in Ventura County to earn this distinction.
Requirements
- Current California Physician Assistant License
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
