About The Position

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Physician Assistant - Cardiology to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln. Requirements

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified by the NCCPA
  • Current NYS registration as a Physician Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates to provide care coordination activities in providing comprehensive care (e.g., other healthcare providers, local health departments, social service, nutritionist, dentist, community-based organizations, home care and patient education groups).
  • Provide relevant health education and instructions, counsels patients/family responsible on the impact of illness and principles of health promotion and maintenance.
  • Participates in departmental meetings and interdisciplinary community meetings.
  • Able to work evenings and weekends.

Benefits

  • Annual Base Salary: $131,127 - $174,836 based on 40-hour work week and years of State Licensure.
  • The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $144,239 - $192,319, which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution and other factors as set forth below:

  • Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
