About The Position

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Physician Assistant - Cardiology to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln. Lincoln Medical Center is a designated Level I Trauma and Stroke Center and has Centers of Excellence in all medical specialties, including its award-winning Cancer and Breast Centers. Board Eligible or Board Certified by the NCCPA
Current NYS registration as a Physician Assistant

Responsibilities

Collaborates to provide care coordination activities in providing comprehensive care (e.g., other healthcare providers, local health departments, social service, nutritionist, dentist, community-based organizations, home care and patient education groups).
Provide relevant health education and instructions, counsels patients/family responsible on the impact of illness and principles of health promotion and maintenance.
Participates in departmental meetings and interdisciplinary community meetings.
Able to work evenings and weekends.

Benefits

Annual Base Salary: $131,127 - $174,836 based on 40-hour work week and years of State Licensure.
The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $144,239 - $192,319, which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution and other factors as set forth below:

Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
