Opportunity Details: Perform physical examination and obtain medical history, order labs, ECGs, chest X-rays, etc., on consult service and pre-procedure under Attending supervision. Evaluate and interpret patient medications, laboratory, test results, and obtain consent for cardiac procedures. Coordinate and facilitate referrals and follow-up for cardiac procedures (Cardiac Cath, EP Studies, Device procedures, Cardiothoracic Surgery). Perform cardiac procedures including Stress Tests, Stress Echocardiography, Tilt Table Testing, Nuclear Stress Testing under Attending supervision. Assist in Cardiac Catheterization Lab procedures and perform inpatient cardiovascular consults. Monitor and follow-up patients in the CCU. Perform non-invasive cardiac stress testing under Attending supervision. Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, care coordination, and patient/family communication.

Requirements

Board Eligible or Board Certified by the NCCPA
Licensed to practice in New York State
Experience with ECG and blood pressure monitoring equipment
1 year experience preferred
ACLS & BLS Certification

Responsibilities

Benefits

Annual Base Salary: $131,127 - $174,836 based on 40-hour work week and years of state licensure.
The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $144,239 - $192,319, which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, and other factors as set forth below:
401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits): Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required. After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
