About The Position

The Physician and APP Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). This role ensures a seamless recruitment experience, coordinates logistical and administrative tasks, and collaborates with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders to meet the organization's staffing goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • One year of related experience
  • Working knowledge of standard practices and procedures
  • Familiarity with healthcare credentialing, licensing, and onboarding processes
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
